sunday was propably the best time i had in europe. monday conversly was probably the worst.
monday i had 2 tests
the german test seemed pretty straight forward and i thought i did pretty well i finished before most of the class which is always a bad sign. but i could not complete the test any more than it already was so i turned it in and walked out of the room. 20 minutes later emily came into the central office and complained about how hard the test was. i asked how long the time was between me and othere people in finishing the test. she said it was big. and when he was grading it he was shaking his head allot. which isn't good.
then came the music test. which seemed pretty straight forward aswell. i finished second well after kim who pretty much wrote her name on it and turned it in. the problems were mostly on the one schubert question and knowing the german. for one of the questions it asked "what can you tell about the time period from the movie amadeous" i wrote there were horses and men wore white hair (didn't know how to say chalked wigs) and drew a picture of a coach. my answers were short and to the point every one else wrote paragraphs. i got all the answers right but i'm not sure if it was in the right form.
also there was a mis understanding involving sarcasm (i can never convey sarcasm well) that i don't wanna go into it to now but may effect a certain area in my life in the weeks to come. (i hate small group dynamics, aristotle was right politics is natural but socrates was right that it is not good) (i'm glad i know enough to predict what may happen and how to deal with it) i'm not posting this because i think the security of this blog has been compromised and also it is slightly inappropriate.
today i only have german class i expect to get my test back and maybe get talked to. i'm gonna fight if they wanna put me down a level. from what i heard every one else did poorly aswell.
wensday is jackies birthday (she is one of the drinkers) she is turning 21 and demands that every one come to her surprise birthday party (ironic i know) i guess she wants to go out and get drunk now thats she is 21 although she has been getting drunk all year, and last year, and maybe the year before that to. also the drinking age here is 18. i remember my 21rst birthday. i had little debbie cake in my room. i guess i just hate parties.
thursday is the thanks giving dinner i'm bringing apple juice coke and diet coke. if it snows i'll fill a bucket up with snow to keep the drinks cold if not i won't.
nothing over the week end. next wensday we are going to the austria parlement for vienna seminar. then i think next friday we are doing a make up history class. and saterday we are doing another make up history class.
