day 119 (58 days)

today is saturday. it has been awhile since my last post so i'll bring you all back up to date.

thursday in german class micheal (one of the fun drunken idiots) did his presentation on his intership (tree hugging) he did a very good job it was supose to last 25 minutes but it lasted 40 but the teacher liked how livley our discusion was so i think it counted in his favor.

thanks giving went splendidly. the turkey was huge i think it was actually an ostrige. there were about 30 people there (i was surprised that many people fit so well in the office.)
i eneded up bringing 6 liters of apple juice, 8 liters of various pop, and 14 liters of carbonated water. there was left over. so i got free apple juice. after the party there was clean up. i took control of most of it. vacuming the whole classroom and most of the lounge. afterwards we left and i went home and tried to go to sleep.

i ate only half what i would normaly eat on a normal thanksgiving. (i think i know why americans are fat) because europeans eat so much less than us i have started to lean that direction to. i am curious what will happen when i get back to the US. will i revert to my old eating habits and gain weight or will i just eat less.? i don't know.

the next day i went to lunch with andrea. and hung out around the office and went for a short walk. then i went to class and listened to a spanish kids presentation on what europe is to him and it also lasted 40 minutes however our discusions were not as livley so the teacher was kinda anoyed.

today i'm doing laundry. and going to a market (not the naschmarkt) and going to research for my vienna seminar HW. then i have the option of going to a play with the german teacher (he invited the whole class) i can see the theater out my window so i may as well go even if i don't understand it i will atleast get brownie points. also i decided to not research the italy trip all at once like i have been trying to do. i'm gonna research venice today and one or two cities tomarrow. and then put it all together at the last minute.

monday i have music class. we will be starting a new section. not sure what. i think it will be the period after romantic (i think thats modern).

then on wensday we have a excursion to the austrian parlament. (from what i saw of state legislature on one of our family outings) it should be sufficiently boring.

history class on thursday. then maybe history again on friday (really don't know)

then saturday. we are going as a group to brataslave and i am going to spend the night with andrea and go see a castle about 4 miles north of the city. i hope that no one else in the group is staying in our hostel i don't wanna deal with them. on the last excursion (2 days) i got so annoyed with them by the end that i blew up on almost every one.
the next day we will go see a castle and then come back to vienna.
